The BCC Library is kicking off a series of stress-relieving activities starting  Wednesday, May 17th for our students’ upcoming finals.

In addition to FREE printing games and snackes in the library from Wednesday May 7th – Friday May 26th and as always research help from your favorite BCC librarians,
the library will  have the following events going on:

May 17th: The Stress Awakens kick-off!
Therapy Dogs 12:15-1:30 pm in the atrium
Massages 2:00-5:00 pm in the library (sign-up that day)

May 18th: “Ask Janine” 12:15-1:30 pm (outside the library)
stress-reducing tips, mental exercises for reducing anxiety and managing time effectively

May 22-23: Button Up! 12:15-1:30 pm (outside the library)
Get a personally made encouragement button to power you through finals, made by the button master, Jeanie!

May 24: Wellness Wednesday
Yoga: 12:15-1:30 (location TBD)
Mediation: time and place TBD
