In support of the educational mission of the college, the Business and Administrative Services Department provides a broad spectrum of business and support services for students, faculty and staff. These services include, but are not limited to the following:
- Finance and Budgeting
- Purchasing and Receiving
- Duplicating and Mail Services
- Community Services Facilities Use
- Security Services
- Communications
- Maintenance and Custodial Services
- Parking and Key Control
Our mission is to support Instruction and Student Services by promoting a better understanding of the colleges’ business operations. Our goal is to further the colleges’ mission through consummate service and support. Recognizing we are ambassadors, we seek to uphold the highest standard of excellence in the performance of our responsibilities through the use of sound, effective and efficient business practices that comply with state statues, board polices and administrative procedures.
The Business and Administrative Services Department goal is to clearly communicate, disseminate and effectively present financial information and support services to the college community in a way that promotes consistency, understanding, trust and transparency. It is our commitment to provide quality service to our constituents in a responsive and effective manner which contributes to a work environment that promotes teaching and learning.

Our general operating hours are:
Mondays – Thursdays – 7:00am to 11:00pm
Fridays – 7:00am – 7:00pm
Saturdays – 8:00am to 6:00pm
