Asian Pacific Islander L.E.A.D. (Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy and Diversity) Club–API LEAD Club’s main purpose is to promote awareness of the diverse Asian and Pacific Islander culture and traditions to Berkeley City College. BCC Applied Mathematics Club

The purpose of the club is to foster an accommodating learning environment for math learners and develop member interest in math and its applications. We will work towards this end goal of increasing mathematical interest at Berkeley City College by promoting the pursuit of careers in mathematics and related fields, and eroding preconceptions of growth-inhibiting hierarchy within the field of math. Berkeley City College’s Black Student Union is a student-led organization that cultivates an intersectional framework for all levels of Black consciousness. The Black Student Union (BSU) of Berkeley City College is committed to furthering the intellectual, cultural, social, and ethnic diversity of the Black Community. The BSU’s focus is to build awareness, education, and a new level of consciousness about being Black in today’s society at BCC.

BCC Electronics & Engineering club’s mission is to provide resources for STEM major students to excel, to communicate with each other, and to express their creativity. Design Club

Our purpose is to teach people basic skills of design, connect people who are in some way interested in art, and learn a cultural aspect of design and how to create modern art. We aim to show students that they can monetize their skills, provide them with some experience of working and show how diverse and interesting this field is.

Dual-Enrolled Students Club aims to create a community for dual-enrolled students to connect with each other, share resources they’ve found helpful, discuss how to manage schoolwork, and overall provide support with the processes of dual-enrollment.

International Students Connection

ISC is a community of international students coming together as a family, a home away from home for the next couple of years before graduating or transferring. ISC encourages and promotes goodwill among international students to increase awareness and appreciation of other cultures to provide an opportunity to develop life long friends. To enhance the international student experience, promote cultural diversity and inclusivity in Foothill College, De Anza College, UC Berkeley, Berkeley City College and Laney College through events and services.

The BCC Anthropological Society

Welcome to the BCC Anthropological Society! We welcome all people (regardless of major or pathway) who wish to learn about world culture, history and of the science behind it all. Anthropology is a broad discipline covering everything from cultural food and medicine to forensic science and human biology. The society functions through open discussion, presentation and through field work/outings.
