Note: Due to the health orders, Berkeley City College clubs will only be able to meet virtually to ensure the safety of our community. Berkeley City College student clubs are associated with Berkeley City College and will not be able to meet in person. We strongly encourage student organizations to think of ideas to have activities and discussions virtually until we are able to meet face-to-face. API LEAD

Asian Pacific Islander L.E.A.D. (Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy and Diversity) Club–API LEAD Club’s main purpose is to promote awareness of the diverse Asian and Pacific Islander culture and traditions to Berkeley City College. As a club, our goal is to provide support for all Asian and/or Pacific Islander students at Berkeley City College by enhancing and promoting cultural diversity. Black Student Union

Berkeley City College’s Black Student Union is a student-led organization that cultivates an intersectional framework for all levels of Black consciousness. The Black Student Union (BSU) of Berkeley City College is committed to furthering the intellectual, cultural, social, and ethnic diversity of the Black Community. The BSU’s focus is to build awareness, education, and a new level of consciousness about being Black in today’s society at BCC.

BCC Electronics & Engineering Club

BCC Electronics & Engineering club’s mission is to provide resources for STEM major students to excel, to communicate with each other, and to express their creativity. The club accomplishes this by linking students with experienced people in various scientific fields and creating opportunities for them to engage in projects.

International Students Connection

ISC is a community of international students coming together as a family, a home away from home for the next couple of years before graduating or transferring. ISC encourages and promotes goodwill among international students to increase awareness and appreciation of other cultures to provide an opportunity to develop life long friends. To enhance the international student experience, promote cultural diversity and inclusivity in Foothill College, De Anza College, UC Berkeley, Berkeley City College and Laney College through events and services.

The International Student Mentorship Program

The purpose of this club shall be to connect international students with alumni and working professionals who have experienced the positive impact of having mentors through their college years. The goal would be to benefit international students with guidance academically and professionally in such areas as life skills, English training, time management, and living in America.
