Join us for a film screening of “Dolores” about American labor leader and civil rights, feminist, activist icon Dolores Huerta on Thursday, May 5th, from 3 PM to 5 PM in person in the student lounge. Snacks will be provided!

In honor of Cinco de Mayo we will also feature a special book exhibit from the BCC library that spotlights Latinx Social Movements in the U.S. and more!

Following the film, BCC Professor Dr. Alejandro Wolbert Pérez will engage in a platica and discuss the legacy of labor leaders, social activism, and the fight for racial and labor justice!
