Hello, and welcome to my website! I am a professor in the Mathematics Department of Berkeley City College.
You can reach me via email at email@example.com.
I began teaching at BCC in the spring of 2014. I am a graduate of UC Berkeley with a doctorate in theoretical physics (2014) and a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a doctorate in pure mathematics (2009). Prior to that, I was an undergraduate at the University of Delaware where I earned an honors degree in mathematics and physics and a master’s degree in applied mathematics.
My research areas include geometric analysis, quantum field theory in curved spacetime, chaos theory, nonequilibrium statistical mechanics and superstring theory. Time permitting, I’m always happy to chat about these topics.
I will be available for an office hour today (Monday, 5/23) at 12:15. Thank you for your attention.
Due to various deadlines, I will not be able to hold an office hour today (Wednesday, 5/24). I will, however, check my email frequently so please contact me via email if you have end-of-semester questions. Thanks!
