Mental Health Support Update – Spring 2025
As we near the end of the semester, we are currently offering consultation appointments only.
After submitting a referral, students may receive a follow-up call from a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) support person or a Therapist who can assist with connecting to off-campus mental health resources.
👉 Please complete your referral form here.
Summer Session: If you are enrolled in summer classes, Peralta will offer an online mental health clinic to continue supporting your well-being.
Please look for an update at the conclusion of this semester.
We provide short-term, confidential mental health counseling for students needing assistance with:
- Stress management
- Anxiety, depression, grief, and other emotional challenges
- Recovery from trauma, relationship violence, and abuse
- Addiction counseling and sobriety support
- Referrals for help with material needs like shelter, food, and safety
- Assessments for disability accommodations and services
Counseling is available both remotely (via video) and in person (at the Wellness Center, 2000 Center St Suite 100, next to K’s Coffee Shop).
Services are available to currently enrolled students who have paid the health services fee.
