How to Submit Forms
Berkeley City College provides an easy alternative to submit your financial aid documents. You can save time and avoid waiting in line on your own using a mobile device or computer. This applies only top students that have been selected for verification and can view outstanding documents via their student portal at CampusSolutions. This does not include SAP Appeals and Dependency Override Forms.
You can submit your Financial Aid Documents at StudentForms. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to create an account.
- Securely upload documents from any device.
- E-sign documents — both you and your parents!
- Manage your financial aid tasks online.
- Receive automated reminders about outstanding tasks and next steps
You may also print out forms and submit directly to our counter. We are located on the first floor, up the stairs on the right, second counter on the far right.
You can also email us at bcc-finaid@peralta.edu.
