The Community Health Worker Apprenticeship Program is happy to announce its incoming Cohort 3:
If you are interested in applying to become a Community Health Worker Apprentice, please add your information to the waitlist. We will contact you in the Fall to apply for Cohort 4. If you are interested in obtaining your Community Health Worker Certificate, please contact the HUSV department.
