BCC BSI Flowchart

In August over 25 students, faculty, administrators, and staff members began a comprehensive discussion aimed at defining greatness at BCC.  Early in the conversation, we decided to define greatness in four areas:  In Our Classrooms, In Our Services, In Our Institution, and In Our Community.  Over numerous hours of discussion and reflection and using a Logic Model proposed by the Bay Area Learning Network, we defined conditions of greatness and began a process of working back from there to create a five year plan.

The Flowchart shows the details of that plan with the specific action items for School Year 2009-2010.  Please share feedback.
