Enrollment Verification

Students can request an enrollment verification to be sent to self or any agency. Enrollment verification requests can be submitted to A&R office via email to Ms. Elinor Chin at echin@peralta.edu. Enrollment verification are processed in 3-5 business days and include the following student information:

  • Enrollment Dates
  • Current Enrollment Status
  • Full/Part-Time Status
  • Number of Units Completed
  • Grade Point Average (G.P.A.)
  • Major
  • Semester/Term Dates
  • Date of Graduation (if applicable)
  • Degree Awarded (if applicable)

*** Verification requests can be submitted by mail, fax, or in person. Due to covid-19, it can be requested via email only as of now.
