Tal Palter-Palman Home

I was born and raised in Israel and arrived to the Bay Area almost 10 years ago to pursue my education. I competed an AA at Berkeley City College, a BA degree in History and Peace & Conflict Studies at U.C. Berkeley and a MA degree in History at San Francisco State University.

My main academic interests are social movements and nonviolence.

I’m a mother to Guy, 4 years old boy, and Noe, a two and a half years old girl.

At BCC I teach, History 7A (online) and 7B (online and in person), History 22-U.S. Women’s History, History 31-Contemporary Middle East, History 21-Introduction to Peace Studies, and History 20-History of the Jewish People.
