1. Click me and complete the electronic Peralta CCD Installment Payment Plan Contract.

Note: You may type in all the information. Physical signature is not needed.

2. Attach and email the contract to paymentplan@peralta.edu from either your Peralta Email or other registered personal email. You may also request an agreement to be sent to you. Ensure to send back the documents.

Note: Make sure that your personal email is registered by logging into Passport > select Student Center > Peralta Campus Email Address.

3. Within two (2) business days, you will receive a confirmation email whether or not your payment plan has been approved.
