Fall 2014 Enrollment is Open Now!

Enrollment for Fall 2014 is open now and will continue throughout the summer – last day to add Fall 2014 classes is August 31.

 

Fall 2014 classes begin on Monday, August 18, 2014.  Visit the Admission & Records Enrollment website for more information on applying for admission and enrolling in courses. Continuing Students may enroll in classes through their Peralta Student Center.

 

Fall 2014 Semester: August 18, 2014, to Friday, December 12, 2014.

 

The Fall 2014 Online Course Website (Moodle) will be at http://eperalta.org/fall2014

 

The BCC Fall 2014 Class Schedule is available now. View a list of the  Fall 2014 online and hybrid classes offered by Berkeley City College.

 

Enrollment Fees are $46 per unit for students who have lived continuously in California for one or more years — fees are due two weeks prior to the first day of class. All students are now required to use their Peralta Student Email. Official communication and messages to students, including those from instructors, will be sent only to their Peralta email.

 

 

Where To Enroll:

  • Enroll on-line through your PASSPORT Student Center, or
  • Enroll in person at the BCC Admissions Office, 1st floor – Summer hours (subject to change) are Mon., Tues., Thur., 8 am – 4:30 pm, and Wed., 8 am – 7 pm. BCC is closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the summer session.

Sun., Feb. 2 – Last Day to Add Regular Session Courses and Last Day to Drop Regular Session Courses without a “W” on Transcript, and Last Day to Drop Regular Session Classes and Receive a Refund

Berkeley City College (BCC) begins its Spring 2014 semester at its 2050 Center St. campus, Tue., Jan. 21. The community college enrollment fee for California residents is $46 per unit and is subject to change by the California legislature. Students enrolled in Spring 2014 online classes may login to the Moodle Online Course website to check their login accounts, but courses will not be accessible until the start of the semester or until your instructor notifies you.  Students of online classes should check their Peralta Student Email Accounts for messages from their instructors.

 

Important Dates from the Spring 2014 Academic Calendar:

  • Tues., Jan. 21, 2014 – instruction begins for regular session** classes.
  • Sat., Jan. 25, 2014 – instruction begins for Saturday classes
  • Sun., Feb. 2, 2014 – last day to add regular session** classes.
  • Sun., Feb. 2, 2014 – last day to drop regular session** classes and receive a refund.
  • Sun., Feb. 2, 2014 – last day to drop regular session classes** without “W” appearing on transcript.
  • Fri., Feb. 7, 2014 – last day to file for PASS/NO PASS Grading Option for regular session** classes.

Note:  **regular session – pertains only to classes with calendar dates January 21, 2014 to May 23, 2014

BCC BannerBCC’s associate degree, transfer, and job training programs accommodate those who have diverse work schedules and lifestyles. BCC’s Online Transfer College is designed for those who find it difficult to attend classes on campus and would rather work on their college courses at home or at times convenient to their schedules. Afternoon College is designed for people who work mornings or evenings. Evening and Saturday College is for those who work a 9-to-5 schedule or who have family responsibilities.

 

University transfer, associate degree and certificate programs are in American Sign Language, bioscience, business, information technology, computer information systems and programming, English, mathematics, multimedia arts, fine and applied arts, liberal arts, social services, Spanish and Spanish medical interpreting. Many online classes also are available.
