Wellness Wednesdays Activities Schedule
Activity: Join us and learn easy ways to incorporate health and wellness into everyday life.
Dates: 3/8, 3/15, 4/19, 5/3
Location: Room 226
Activity: Enjoy the benefits of yoga, stress reduction, increased self-confidence and self-awareness. No previous experience required. Wear comfortable clothing.
