IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM FINANCIAL AID

INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING A TAX TRANSCRIPT FOR THE 2011 TAX YEAR.

WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT COPIES OF TAX TRANSCRIPTS, PER THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, FOR THE 2012-2013 ACADEMIC YEAR.

You have two options to obtain your tax transcript for 2011.

You can call:

Make sure you have gathered your information before contacting them:

  • Social security number
  • OR IRS individual taxpayer identification number
    • Street address and Zip Code (or postal code)

Note: The IRS cannot process your request online if you need transcripts mailed to an address other than the one they have on file for you.
