Among the degrees and certificates offered through the ACS Department are four new Associate of Arts Degrees for Transfer, AA-T degrees. These include AA-T degrees in Art History, Studio Art, Communication, and Philosophy.
BCC’s first gender neutral bathroom – ACS Dept’s Prof. Leighton spearheads important change
ACS Communication Instructor, Prof. Cora Leighton, leading BCC’s Gay-Straight Alliance Club, worked with President Debbie Budd, Dean Antonio Barreiro, Director of Campus Life Mostafa Ghous, and countless staff, faculty, and other administrators to open the campus’s first gender neutral bathroom.
